F R E E   S O F T W A R E   L I C E N S E   A G R E E M E N T


1. This Free Software License Agreement is entered into by

   Rostislav Letos
   Brandtova 3263/6
   400 11 Usti nad Labem
   Czech Republic
   ("ROLETOSoft")

   and

   <YOUR_NAME_HERE>
   ("Customer")

2. Scope
   This contract allows Customer to use for Internal Use only the provided 
   free software ("Software"), as downloaded from http://www.roletosoft.com.

3. Internal Use
   means Use only  for Customer`s  internal  business  on Customer`s systems,
   which  may include public display and performance of the Software provided
   that persons  not employed by Customer do not have access  to the Software
   through input devices.

4. License
   ROLETOSoft  grants  Customer  with non-exclusive,  non transferable rights
   to use the Software for Internal Use only.  

5. Ownership
   No title to or ownership  of the Software  is transferred to the Customer.
   ROLETOSoft owns  and  retains all title  and ownership of all intellectual
   property  rights  in  the Software, including  any  adaptations  or copies
   of the Software. Customer acquires only a license to use the Software.

6. License restrictions
   ROLETOSoft reserves all rights not expressly granted to Customer. Customer
   especially may not:
   a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
   b) modify, alter, rent, timeshare or lease  the Software or sublicense any
      of his rights under this Agreement.
   c) transfer the Software or  his license rights unders  this agreement, in
      whole or in part.

7. Royalties
   (Not applicable)

8. Disclaimer
   ROLETOSoft disclaims and excludes any and all implied warranties including
   any  warranties  of merchantability,  title,  non-infringement, or fitness
   for a particular purpose.  ROLETOSoft does not warrant  that  the Software
   will  satisfy  all  Customer`s requirements  or  expectations,  that it is
   without  defect  or error,  or that  the operation of the Software will be
   uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability
   ROLETOSoft WILL IN NO CASE BE LIABLE FOR ANY  SPECIAL,  INCIDENTAL, CONSE-
   QUENTIAL, INDIRECT, TORT, ECONOMIC OR PUNITIVE  DAMAGES,  LOSS OF PROFITS,
   LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, COST OF RE-CREATING LOST DATA OR ANY OTHER
   LOSS OR DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

10.Limited Warranty
   The Software is provided on "AS IS" basis, without any explicit or implicit
   warranty of any kind.


11.Term
   This  agreement  becomes  effective  on the date  Customer legally acquire
   (download) the Software  and  will automatically  terminate if  Customer 
   breaches any of its terms. Upon  termination  of this Agreement,  Customer
   must destroy the original and  all copies of the Software,  and delete the 
   Software from his systems.

12.Law and Jurisdiction
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of the  Czech Republic.  Any action
   at law relating to this Agreement may  only be  brought before  the courts
   of competent jurisdiction of the Czech Republic.
